The fee should be paid BY Nov 15 and Prior to the conference.
While there is no travel supports for participants, the workshop committee is working to attract sponsors to provide partial travel support. Travel assistance and a waiver of the registration fees will be granted to a limited number of selected applications. Preference will be given to applicants from developing countries. 

Applications should include : 
(1) the name, postal address, telephone and fax numbers, and email address (if applicable), 
(2) professional affiliation, position, and nature of work
(3) a brief statement about how attendance at the conference will enhance the applicant's career. 

Applications should be submitted by Nov 15, 2003 to flint-cibi@eecs.berkeley.edu.
